Offering Meditation for the Tenth Sunday after Pentecost B 2009

Based upon Ephesians 4:25 – 5:2

The church is more than the sum of its worldly parts.  Sometimes as we conduct its business, we forget that and get into arguments and disagreements that effect God’s work.  God does not call us to try to find ways to control His church.  Rather, God calls us contribute all of ourselves to a higher cause.  Let us share with each other the blessing of God by sharing our wealth with God’s world.
