The Loaf

What you have given us, O God is so much we can’t even fathom its depth or height.  To have Jesus in our midst, willing to give his life for our sins is the epitome of what you have shared with us.  As we partake of the bread emblematic of Christ’s flesh, fill us with your love a forgiving grace. Amen

 The Wine

O Lord just as the Israelites gathered around their Ark of the Covenant, we now gather around this alter.  As we partake of the wine emblematic of Jesus’ blood spilled for us on the Cross, let us be given a renewed and resurrected life.  Amen
