Communion Meditation for Eleventh Sunday after Pentecost B 2009
Based upon Based upon Ephesians 5:15-20
Communion is a special time reserved for Christians. We believe that in partaking of the emblems, we are in all actuality partaking in the life and teaching of Jesus Christ. The remembrance of Jesus death and resurrection, his promise to be with us always … All of this and more are what keeps the faith fulfilled and energized. It is what gives the faithful the courage to continue in God’s service.
